Homemade dishes, with homemade pasta. The owner is an exquisite person: kind, friendly and passionate about her work. All in an enchanting town, with a medieval flavour. I recommend making a reservation, because there are only 6 tables and the restaurant is rightly known and appreciated.

A place that takes you back to feeling the pleasure of other times, when there was only family at the table and good food cooked according to local tradition. We stayed at Zia Maria's after a beautiful walk in Rocca Calascio and it was the best way to end this experience.We found a simple and familiar environment and welcoming and kind staff who immediately made us feel at ease. The dishes we chose were all good and above all the tomato ricotta ravioli which come in generous portions but being very good you could not stop eating them. We didn't take the meat but looking at the other tables it seemed good and appetizing. The house appetizer is also recommended. We will definitely be back!

Calascio is a small and beautiful town, a small restaurant (about 20 seats) with the owner and the help of another lady who do everything. Very nice and very kind. Divine ravioli with ricotta. Excellent lentil soup as well as the local cheese. The biscuits are also delicious. I will definitely be back....

Absolutely noteworthy welcome. The owner of the place is very kind. Like at home. Amazing lentil soup and sublime mixed grill, like the baked potatoes with the unmistakable flavor of the garden. Go there without delay.
